Boxing for fitness is a fun way to get fit. our class will improve co-ordination, body rhythms and general fitness. The class will also assist in development of sharper reflexes, stress relief and in the development of confidence and self-esteem. Boxing for fitness is ideal for all levels.

Aspin is a challenging aerobic workout on a stationary bike done outdoors, combining all aspects of fitness. it's a highly motivational and social class which is non-weight bearing and where no coordination is needed. It is an excellent lower body conditioning exercise and a superb calorie burner.

Punch & Pedal is an intense session combining the benefits of spin and boxing, the best of both worlds.
